I found someones cell phone today so I tried calling "Mom" in the cells phone book to track down the owner. I immediately get transfered to accounts receivable where Im put on hold for 30 minutes, the guy tells me he cant help me and tells me to call customer service where Im on hold for another 35 minutes. The cell number that I was calling from did not come up so they guy had no idea what to do he tranfered me back to a/r where I waited 15 more minutes. During this whole fiasco I walked home from class, prepared and ate lunch, then walked back to school again. All I wanted to do was give this poor persons phone back. After all that the Bell guy told me to drop it off at the nearest Bell mobility center. What a hurtin company, Ill never ever do business with them
