Autobody Question need HELP!!

Would anyone of you trust those people who post an ad online and offer side autobody work in their own garage?

What do I need to watch out if I decide to go for it?

I would only trust them if I knew them, or if a friend knew them ect.

I do my own stuff though, so I'm not sure about the online ads you're talking about....
