LF: Room/basement to rent

I have a friend who is looking to rent a basement/room somewhere near preferrably walking distance to UC, or even public transport very close to UC.

I think her budget is $500-600.

For $600 plus 1/4 utilities I can rent her a room in Citadel. Bus stop right in fron to my house will take her to Brentwood station in about 20-25 minutes and Brentwood is walking distance from U of C. If she's interested PM me. Thanks.

I live about 20 blocks from UofC (right across the street from SAIT) and I have a room available but it's 675/month includes everything.
