I have no doubt a timbersled is fun, but for the 7k or what ever I rather just have a sled, and a dirtbike.
But as a fan of all toys, I say rock on

That's my full carbon Proclimb in the pic as well, when one breaks I ride the other!
Holy fuck, so they DID put that 185cc trike engine in a bike, or vice versa. I tried to mount up my old 185cc trike engine in my old '78 XL175.... without much success... crazy to see they used that engine in dirtbike too. ( I sold the engine and the bike separately this last summer)Originally posted by Cos
I had an XL185 back in the day. Such a fun bike.
Interesting.
I really wanted to complete that build though, I'd probably have the only street legal bike in Canada with a pull start engine hahaha.

Anyone still ripping? Going for a ride this sat at Mclean.
And anyone put screws in for winter? I think this year I am going to give er a go.
Use grip studs in the rear I have 3 seasons on my so far and they look new. I run them from first snow to essentially may long. The fronts you can start out with ice screws and slowly swap over also. Or don't cheap out and do it all at once.
Blackfoot direct sells them but there is a guy in BC (studrider.ca)(not promoting this guy in anyway) that is cheaper.
Winter riding is some of the best riding, you have to do it to understand it- its insane. They are planning a couple races out for 2014 also
New whip. Perma-grin.
Posted this in the offroad section too, didn't even think to look here. 2003 YZ250 - Blair Morgans old bike - now my woods toy. Need to respring the forks, they're a little on the stiff side for my taste. Even with the sub-tanks.
Ordering some gripstuds this week and going to go out and play in the snow/ice. Should be a good time!
Drove through Southern BC on the weekend. Depending on where you were going to ride, it looks like spring out there. Dont even think you would need studs.
BRAAAAAAAAAAP BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP
I rode vedder mountain in chilliwack yesterday and conditions were great. Its plus 16 today and sunny. If anyone ever gets the chance I recommend vedder, or nicklemine out by hope. Great single track riding with well marked trails and all skill levels.
Just in case anyone hasnt seen, Moto 4 & 5 are on Netflix.
I think Bro' is to hahahaha
Anyone have a RMATV code? I will give you back a code after I make my order.
Thanks
This guy knows whats up hahaha
Fuck Ronnie Mac is such a hero hahah

Anyone been Dune riding? More specifically down in Idaho? Thinking about planning a vacation down there centred around riding the dunes. Looks like a lot of fun.
On our way back from Moab a few years back we wanted to pickup paddle tires and make a detour into Oregon for some dune riding, but time constraints didn't allow it. I've always wanted to give it a try though.

Plus, is it true you can feed a pig elephant dong and it will still grow and build meat?

I would also be interested in hearing what people have to say about the dunes up by Hinton. Brule Sand Dunes.
st Catherine's?
I used to have a buddy who went every year, said it was pretty rad! obviously had to be if return trips were made haha
The dunes west of Hinton are amazing. Haven't been there in a few years but I used to go with a huge group from the Edson area and it was always a blast.

I rented a side by side in Idaho! Tons of fun. Some people made a waterslide down one of the dunes with poly and a water pump!Originally posted by Dave P
