Im going to be going to Houston for a few days next week for work
Anything I should check out?
Any good malls close to the airport?
My Hotel and work is pretty close to the airport
Ill be by myself so I wont be hitting up the clubs

As for close to the airport, I don't know. But "gentleman's clubs" are like 711's there, you'll find them everywhere.

Foga de Ciao <--- Eat here!
Crystal Island <--- LIke girls gone wild on the beach exactly like the commericals for Girls Gone Wild
Galveston
Sams Boat <-- good bars live music, lots of crawfish
Houston Raceway is close to GBIA <-- check out some NHRA
Westheimer is a great road to find bars and such
The flying Saucer
The Surf Shack
Sherlocks


Definitely go to Wild West country bar they have 1 dollar beer every night and lots of hot fake breasted women with nice tans who get horny when they hear Canadian accents


Theres a Canadian bar downtown somewhere for all the imports who want to watch hockey because no bar will play hockey games there

Quite a few decent clubs downtown, some good after hours where they all serve alcohol till the sun comes up too

Go to an AStros game
Go to a rockets game

Go to the Galleria mall
Go to Katy Mills mall

Theres some great strip clubs there
I cant remember teh names, but some of them are BRING YOUR OWN BEER

They all have VIP rooms (JUST DONT BRING YOUR CREDIT CARD!) lol

The 6 flags park was torn down last year... which is sad

Houston... bleh compared to... AUSTIN FUCKING TEXAS ! ! 2 hour drive from Houston going east on the I10 then 71 I think... now when you're there, go to a Longhorns game and then hit up 4th and 6th street. Be sure to prepare yourself for the most intense Halloween parties you've ever witnessed.

Try, try, try to get to Fogo de Ciao, food is awesome. For good food also try Papa doexs and papa cetoes (no idea on how they are actually spelled, i spelled them phonetically). They are Mexican and seafood places. There a seafood location in the airport and both have locations near Reliant park.

Rice Village is good too (right beside Rice Uni). Nice pubs, good atmosphere in the whole area, lots of hotties.

If you have time go to San Jacinto Battleground State Historic Site and Battleship TEXAS State Historic Site, they are right beside each other. You can go in and tour the battleship (fought in WW1 and WW2), it is pretty neat.

My work is in Fresno (just south of Houston) so I stay in Sugar Land. My knowledge of the airport area is limited, sorry.

Fogo is awesome...always go there when we go down to Houston. Prepare to pay though as it ain't cheap. Westheimer is great...no idea if they still have impromtu races down there at nights anymore. Galleria is down on Westheimer. Great place to shop and look at the "sights"

Seriously? Fuck man. I was born in Houston and I used to go to the 6 Flags a lot in the summer. That sucks...
