Does anyone use the Sirius Radio?

do you have to buy a unit? i know it cost money but how hard is it to get/use?

i know for My cd player that is SIrius ready i need another box that'll pick up that signal, then run it to my cd player. And it was about $100 when i got mine...

But now i see in the Sunday Ads something new, i dunno what it is or if u need anything else.... it was like a 4x4 red lcd screen or something that picks up sirius, or xfm, can't remember...

i know i'm not much help here , lol
