when it snows, since I have all seasons on my winter cars/daily drivers that I just wait until the last minute. if I had summers on... I'd probably have the winters on by now

Never.
I've had mine on since Oct.2nd
Why wait for the rush, they are just tires?
my stock tires are balding out, going to get winter so I have an excuse for a new set of rims/summers next season.
think some time in middle of november would be good.
how long does one usually keep them on till? march? april?
I'm wondering what is an average length they should stay on for calgary weather so that I can get the best milage out of them.
anyone?

It depends if youve got some other way to get around if it snows a decent amount before the middle of november, which is pretty likely. And theres almost always tons of snow in march, id say on average mid april youd be alright to take them off. And for mileage out of them, depends on how you drive, what kind of tires they are, and how low you want to run them before you chuck em. Theres way too many variables in all of your questions to get any real answers.Originally posted by SilverRex
