wtb: 15/16" 5x114.3(4.5) rims e38 offset

I am looking for the ever popular 5x114.3 rims.
15 or 16"
Offset in the range of around 38.

I would prefer no rubber as they are going to be winters, most people around here have smaller tires, they are going to go on minivan, so I need oddball sized rubber.

looking for either cheap steelies or cheap mags (less than 400 for all 4).
