FYI

Blackout dates are from December 16, 2007 to January 7, 2008. For Canadian destinations, advertised fares are for travel on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and may be slightly higher on other days of the week.

sorry I'm a noob at this, but how do you take advantage of this?

I clicked on the link the OP provided, selected Calgary, clicked on teh destination and then clicked Get Flights and chose a date (not within blackout dates). But those Seat Sale Fares aren't what was listed. Does it have to be a weekday or something? And it's only one way, so do I have to click on one way, and then book a seperate flight back?

you have to depart on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. and not on the black out dates.
