Holt taking over Sears' space downtown

Going to be 2nd largest Holt in the country.

Pretty cool.

I wont be sad to see Sears go except that it was nice to have the hardware section and related stuff downtown. Calgary needs stores like Canadian Tire, Future Shop, or the mini- Rona's that other downtowns like Montreal or Toronto have.

I'd love to see a downtown futureshop... I get kinda annoyed with all those the Source by Circuit City stores.

It'll also open up the mall with some more stores as well.. and because of Holt's drawing power, we should be seeing some stores that want to be near Holt that we havent seen before.
