Default Traffic violoation ticket help needed

Hey guys i'm looking for some advice.....
I got a ticket today.....for making a left hand turn to a street on centre street during rush hour......I wasn't going to turn, but i saw an opening so i did it....and with my good luck, brought a cop waiting for me......

So i got a ticket for 172.....failure to obey traffic control device

But I guess money isn't a real factor right now, I just want to know of a way to possibly not get any dermit points deducted and how i would go about doing that....i have heard with some people talking to someone

This is my first ticket so, i just want to kno the best way of dealing with it....

go to the crown prosecuter and say you can't afford the points but you are willing to pay for the ticket as a registered owner's ticket.

no points but you pay the money.

ya so i just ask to talk to the crown prosecutor huh?! sounds good......the fee isn't what is worrying me, its just my future insurance and such

also if i go to court on this issue, and the cop that ticketed me doesn't show up, the ticket gets destroyed is that true?! and is it worth the risk and the trouble?

I have so much time on my hands now that i'm not taking ne summer courses

It's not worth taking the risk. Talk to the CP (or hire a traffic lawyer guy to do it if you're busy). Should be able to reduce this to just a fine.

go talk to Richard at "a traffic ticket defense". That guy will get you out of anything. I guarantee you will get off with no points! I've gotten like 8 tickets already and he's got me off all of em. With out him I wouldn't be driving any more, anyways his office is in the Road King Truck Mall. The number is 207-4778, i have it on speed dial.

Is that from the service that Weapon_R is providing us? How is that going? Any success stories?

Check with Speedracer, GrideTLS, Redline_13000, and DavidI for references.

I can remove the demerits on this ticket guaranteed.
