Bought a house, so i need to find somebody to replace me in this apartment rental so i can void my current lease. Its a 3 bedroom basement portion of a 4 plex located in west airdrie. Renovated recently, newer carpet. Comes with washer, dryer, they work awesome, dont need them in the new place, it has them. Also has a deep freeze which can stay as well. Living room is pretty big, lots of room in this place. Also, heating is included in rent as it is radiant heating. 1000$ a month, pretty decent price for a 3 bedroom.
