    Default CIA/CyberSurf/3Web horribly slow lately?

Anyone experiencing any issues with CyberSurf/CIA/3Web recently? Last few weeks my internet has hit the shitter. Unreliable, slow as fuck, and often doesn't even work. The voip phone (with everything else unplugged) is even hard to hear people, as the signal brakes up...and this is on the downstream to simply hear people on the phone.

Anyone else having problems lately or is it me? Don't tell me that 3web blah blah sucks, i know it does, but been good for me for a few years, just this last 2 weeks its completely unreliable, i swear my ping times are prolly in minutes haha

let me know. I am in the SW, braeside and shit couldn't be slower (leeching wifi right now from someoen else)

Yes, I'm in the NE and experiencing the same problems, except that it seemed to have improved a bit these couple of days. One scary thing I've noticed is that the number to Cybersurf in the Yellow Pages does not work (it's the latest edition too). o_O

i haven't called them because i don't have speakerphone and don't have the time to hold the phone for 3 hours waiting for someone to answer haha. everyone knows that support for them is non existent, but i might call in next few days just to see if they are experiencing issues
