Default Long tube turbo header building?

I am curious about where to buy the radius' for long tube header building, and not 100% sure on the material needed.

I know it's 304L what kind of thickness do companies like full-race use, and what mill spec do I need/ Also what kind of finishes are reccomended or available.

And what type of mild steel/thickness is recommended for the flange?

Any tips and suggestions from experienced members welcome.

    Search on Honda-tech.
The place is a gong show, but the welding/fabrication section is quite good.
Alot of do-it-yourselfers on there to learn from.
Sched. 10 and sched. 40 are common.
Acestainless in the usa is a great place to get the stuff.

I heard about unified long ago but since fogot about them. What type of stock do they carry, mild steel/architectural 304/321?

    U or J bends?

This could be convenient as opposed to Burns.

They only carry stainless products. No mandrel bends unfortunatly. They have 304, 316 in stock in sch 10 and sch 40 usually. Not sure about 321 or other types. I know they have short and long radius elbows along with tee's and they stock pipe aswell. As for the head flange any place that does laser or waterjet cutting can help you out (laser equations, JP metal, etc...).

My experience with Laser Equations is that they are far from cheap, and the quality is not nearly as good as a cnc could do.
Plus, cnc'd flanges have no millscale to fight with.
