I actually have two:
- a 300 Watt ATX lying around that hasn't been plugged in for 3 years that I keep as backup
- another 300 Watt ATX Sparkle brand with "Silent Fan" (120mm) that I just removed from my main system to install a 400.

And also have a 16X LG DVD-ROM available.
