I always bake my wings at home.

Dust them lightly in flour and seasoning sale and put them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and then into the oven at 400F until they are lightly browned.

Then I just toss them in whatever sauce I want just before serving.

Go to m&m meats and pick up some of their wings. All differnt flavors already seasoned and such. Just follow the instructions on the box for baking, and your good to go!

    Those wings are disgusting.

The meat is dry and rubbery, the flavours are terrible and taste like over spiced chemicals.

Make them from fresh wings and a bottle of Franks (or whatever sauce you want). It isn't much harder.

Hey I used to work at Boston Pizza,

Well the difference between them is that the "normal" wings that are tossed in sauce and put on a pan with patchment paper and put through an oven, at about 450 degrees for 8 min.

Now for the deep fried wings their more breaded, and we don't pre-sauce them as the sauce will just come off in the deep fryer. Once it's been fried for I think 4 min, then they get sauced depending on what kind you want of if you don't want any then wala you have your wings.

Basically I think you can go to the Sysco warehouse and buy these products that resturants get. Though it may be more relatively cost effective to go to the local Superstore or T&T. Since Sysco is a big supplier of resturants it's better to buy bulk. And therefore Sysco is like a giant refrigerator, and like Costco.

    Hope that answered your question.

    Steve

    EDIT:

Oh yeh the hot sauce we used were Franks mild and hot.
As for BBQ and Honey Garlic... I don't remember "brand" names because they were mostly generic names....

But I think they still taste AWESOME!

+1 on the costco plain wings. Excellent quality and size.

For hot wings Franks is the BEST

BP's wings are bad. They must be deep fried, then baked in the oven only for a few minutes.

Cook your wings on the BBQ. Tastes better than baking and much healthier than deep frying. Everyone is always amazed by my BBQ wings and assumes theyre deep fried.
Ill cook them on high heat, indirect on the warming rack with a drip tray underneath. A ton of fat drips out and you can cook the meat so its moist and the skin is crisp. You can the sauce of your choice on before you cook them and then after theyre done you can toss them in bowl with a bit of fresh sauce.

I have seen lots of places do this actually.

Defry is very fast and gets the wings crispy. They than usually toss the fried winsg in sauce and bake to "dry" them out a bit so they arent so saucy.
