Everything is included.
I'll list what the TV came with:
LCD TV,
Power Cord
and Remote.... it didn't really come with anything else, but the manuals, which I threw out with the box

But if you really want the manuals, I can find them online for you.

TV is a little over a year old and I never purchased any extended warranty.
