The rotating base is a good idea. It's something you can't do on palms, knuckles or fingertips.

I wonder if it has any real benefits.

Probably decent alternative to reg push ups if thats your bag, if thats all you've got you're better off getting a gym membership, a bit more pricey but al the equip you need.

i have them, they get the burn going faster plus they put you higher up than a regular push up so you can dip down further

It's just one exercise. How many pushups are you going to do in a week to see results? 100 a day x 7?

    I say return them...

You won't get big doing pushups...for a few weeks when I didn't have a gym membership, I tried doing decline pushups (propped feet up on back of sofa), clapping pushups, pushups with a backpack filled with textbooks, a combination of all of the above...and I was doing way too many reps for it to be bulking..

I have a membership at the gym at work plus I got some free weights and a bench and a medicine ball and a Swiss ball at home I find it helps a bit with my forearms if I put them close to each or wide also helps this wrist pain I been having lately I was using those bars that elevate u off the ground before. I try to do 150 push ups in three different ways to warm up about 30-50 a time

Pushup bra's ARE A DAMNED DIRTY LIE! Talk about trickery. (though I do appreciate seeing more cleavage around because of them)

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

You're never going to look anything like in the ads by doing push ups alone...

Try doing push ups with your hands on a stability ball with your feet either on the floor or on a box or on a half ball.

Great core work out in addition to chest and arms and you won't be able to do nearly as many.

yeah you won't look that huge but doing push ups (and exercises without weights) is a good work out itself.
the rotating base looks cool though.

they have a simpler form of that at the ymca. Except they dont rotate
They're real easy on the wrists and you can extend much farther downwards so you can cut your muscles differently
I personally wouldn't spend money on it though
