Condo fees - how much are yours?

I'm starting to think that I'm not really getting good value out of my condo fees, which has me really wanting to get a house instead. I own a townhouse in the NE, when I bought it 10 years ago the condo fees were about $100/month. That includes water & sewage, garbage disposal, snow removal, lawn mowing, and general repairs and upkeep of the area. They are now up to $300/month. I'm curious what other people are paying, but I don't know if we'll really be able to compare apples to apples here.

i'm paying $168/month and all it is is the maintenance of the exterior i.e. lawn, shoveling the driveway, etc.

i'm actually going to complain that they don't have enough lighting within the complex! haha

inlcudes heat, water and regular maintenance.... reason its so high is because of some problems we have been dealing with. They were $350 before the increase..
