To be honest, I need a hard change in my work out.
Thinking about taking the 90 day challenge.
Anyone done this?

yes i've done it, gives amazing results or atleast i think so
Its pretty time consuming tho I did it during summer. Its a nice intense 1-2hour workout, i found it gave me better results then training on my own routine
Looks pretty interesting.
There is a bootcamp group in town. I have seen them at Confederation Park and they training at a few places. Variation is the way to go.
Iv got the whole program ripped onto my computer and the whole booklet printed out XD
its a amazing program
AMAZING
totally worth the money
Yeah i have it ripped on my computer as well. Great program and if you can keep on the schedule it will definitely work.

My friend does that program and he loves it. He lost a tonne of weight and put on quite a bit of strength. He also said that his balance is much much better after doing only 2 months of the program.
Guess who's back... tell some men.
Well I got it. Big Props to Nova316 for helping me out
Starting it tomorrow.
Got the drive, expecting big results.
Ill let you know how it is
sweet, I was going to make a thread on this too. I will try it soon too
for the people that have tried it, exactly what materials were used (i.e weight of dumbbells, what time of resistance elastic or whatever etc.)

Skeptical.
What do you do for Legs? I've done my share of research on this too, all I can say is Good luck.
Also the guys who have it ripped could ya paste up a typical day or two on what the food plan consists of? Curious on that.
One thing I'm convinced about this program is that it WILL increase "day to day" strength. But in terms of power lifting, strong man strength, don't expect miracles
"The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents... some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new Dark Age."
-H.P. Lovecraft
Functional strength in the long run would be more useful and short spirt powerlifter type of strength. I know some guys who can lift lots in the gym but if I was looking for someone to help me move stuff or build the house I would phone up this 'skinny' friend of mine. Stronger not in the gym but when he needs it.
I just got the dvd's from a friend actually, I will try it out in a couple days, he said it was pretty intense so I am hoping for a good challenge
For your legs you got the whole leg workout routine plus Polymetrics which is all leaping and jumpsOriginally posted by Darkane

then you also got your kempo x which is like kung fu and stuff so lots of high kicks and balance.
And you got your core workout, whole bunch really.
I'd be interested in trying this too... someone mentioned they had it ripped?
hmm, i'd be willing to pay a reasonable price for some backup dvd's.
