Hey, I am looking to try this out too, anyone know where to get a good chin / pull up bar that doesn't attach to the door frame? Looking in the $60 range but can't find anything that doesn't attached to the door frame.

Chin up bar will be useful. I need one myself. Either weights or bungee cords. I like the Powerblocks but they aren't cheap.

Was there only 2 workout routines the "classic" and the "double" ??

Maybe someone could upload the nutrition guide to rapidshare or something ??
