I have a tredmill already iam in the market for a great all in one home gym...these are what i have narrowed it down to.

    2. Torque fitness F5

All you need is a bench , a incline bench, and a squat rack.
    Oh and some weights .
Unless if its for the wife.

Chuck Norris would like to take 60 seconds of your time to tell you about the Bowflex...

Chuck Norris doesn't work out on the Bow flex, the Bow flex works out on Chuck Norris.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Out of those two I'd get the second one, though in actuality I'd actually get this:

    http://www.fitnessdepot.ca/shop/stor...r-P641C13.aspx

Pretty similar to the Torque Fitness model you have, but it's a bit cheaper and better at doing "free exercises" (in my opinion). It has dual weight stacks that go up to 125lbs (I think), allowing you isolate for individual workouts or to work your stabilizing muscles as well. Similar design and concept, just a bit less expensive and just as functional.
