Its actually quite easy and you don't really have to do much. takes you less then a minute or two to do a store.

You basically will have a certain number of stores (walmart, SS, safeway,) and will have to make sure the shelves are always stocked at them. On weekends when they have a sale, that might mean being at each place 2 or 3 times during the day.

Usually you can go when you want though, probably a pretty slack job.

I had this as a summer job while in university. I filled in for drivers on vacation.

Each driver has a route/territory he is responsible for. The job is part delivery driver and part sales person. You have to keep the department manager/store manager/store owner happy and try to win them over with service and free swag. The manager/owner is the one who decides who gets how much shelf space. If you can get more shelf space for your products then the store will sell more and youll get a bigger commission and bonus. So youll be fighting with the Old Dutch guys for shelf space.

This was a few years back so things may have changed.

Was a fun summer job. Sometimes it got repetitive and some days were pretty busy and ended up in long hours because you need to get to a lot of stores in one day - if you had as store low on product and you didnt replinish in time then they would be pi$$ed at you and could take away shelf space from you.
