Lets Talk Tinting
Okay, So i dont really know much about tinting, just hoping to get some opinions about which shops are best, and what are the best ways to get it done (like the stick on stuff, or other options?)...
anywho just want to see people's opinions.. and maybe start a bit of debate as to which is the way to go with this stuff

Shadow tinting did a pretty good job on my car

A good bargain is Tintmaster. His prices are some of the lowest, but his work is top quality. It's guaranteed for as long as you own your car against bubbling, peeling, fading, etc.

If you read up on it you can do a pretty nice fool proof job on your own for considerably less than what a shop will charge, however, you gotta have some time and patience. I know from experience though... but everyone is different

.....when my car was stolen and smashed, the 1 thing that actually held up was the Tint job!:tongue:, kinda sad but true.
i will bring my next car to Tintmaster for sure.

So what is legal and what isnt now? I hear cops are being asses about it lately.

I e-mailed CPS to find out what was legal before I did my tint. Any tint forward of the driver's shoulder is ILLEGAL . Any tint with a reflective surface which could cause glaring or reflections to other drivers is ILLEGAL . Other than that, anything goes.
I have limo tint on all my rear windows of my sedan, black car, black windows, looks good IMO.

i have another car, and it has purple-ing tint from the previous owner...is there a way to peel it off safely? anybody know?
do tint shops charge extra to take off tint and reapply?

Dont go to Tinting Dynamics. AKA Jim with the "mullet"
Shadow tinting does great work, and if they have set up a new shop I wouldnt hesitate to go there for a second.
