Default Where can I play Pond Hockey in Calgary?

Anyone know where there is a good frozen pond/lake in the city? Preferably in the North.

We're going to play tomorrow, and there will only be about 8 of us and most of us suck so it'd be best if no one else was there.

    Thanks!

I sometimes go to the rink in Edgemont, just off of John Laurie between 53rd and Shaganappi. Most times there are a few people there. It is a decent rink with full boards.

Up in the northwest in Nose Hill in MacEwan there is a pond that we used to always play hockey on, if you are looking for a ACTUAL pond.
