gyno is male tities usually due to roid use :P another words, they got too much testosterone and blocked their estrogen receptors and essentially grew tits.

That's not how it works at all and gynecomastia can occur from many more things than steroid use. It's quite normal for temporary gynecomastia to occur during puberty, for example. If anything, the most common cause of it would be iatrogenic. There are lots of people out there with high blood pressure and taking drugs for it.
