Buyer meets up with seller, or seller meets up with buyer?

I agree buyer should meet up, but lots of lazy buyers now too. I also never let anyone come to my house unless it's a big item.

Unless you are trying to screw someone on purpose selling something sketch, I think there isn't real danger. I think in my case my 8 security cameras and the monitor right at the front door visible to anyone who comes in might prevent them from doing something stupid, but for the most part I sell stuff to older folks it seems, and don't give out my address until I am 95% sure they are on their way. I just tell them the area (despite it being listed on the god damn posting) and when they sound like they are serious about coming only then provide the address. Too many flakes.
