BMW's have a unique bolt pattern of 5x120.

I don't think it will fit your Altima.

Actually, although the bolt pattern is the same for the 3-series, the offset is quite different and will not work.

I'd love to snap them up for my E39 5-series, but they won't fit that either, since the center bore of the "style 124" is too small (could be made to fit with a trip to the machine shop).

They would, but offsets will be off. Rears will look ok, but the fronts would stick out.
