EDIT: just beat that level..

just passed it as well, not so bad. I just used the edges of the cross to ping pong the ball straight up, rotate onto next paddle, straight up, repeat.

The rubber ramps are the easy part. This is the level right after that rubber ramp level.

Holy crap, I never thought I'd beat that last one, I kept making it to the last spikes, then constantly choked.

I found it easiest to try and keep the ball bouncing. Try to land the first (and every bounce) right near the tip of the cross, so when the ball bounces, you can jump right over to the next one. (oh, and 24 levels)
