Well, I just got home.. it was an awesome day!
I'm pretty amazed at the low turnout, but it was good to have a small group for once, especially on a highway as busy as the QE2.


I do have to make one comment though... And I know this is going to give the annual honda cruise even more bad publicity.... but what the HELL was going on with that white civic? I'm sorry, but there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for driving like that. If I ever go on a cruise again and see that driver, I will turn around and go home. I was terribly embarrassed to be part of a cruise that had such reckless driving like that.

Quick story: construction zone on the QE2, speed limit 80km/hr, pylons on the right side of the road so there is no usable shoulder, and the road is uneven and very tight. White civic is pissed off that we're all going so slow (the speed limit!) and decides it would be smart to drive directly down the middle of the road, in between both lanes of cars, making people swerve and panic.

With that being said, I had a fantastic time and am looking forward to cruise with LilDrunkenSmurf and 86_lude_86 yet again. Great day! Can't wait to see pictures.

Though not marked well there is 3 lanes there. I don't agree with speeding through construction zones. I also think its as bad when people panic and swerve when they may not know how to drive.

I drive QEII 3 times a week, seen it all. You are right though slow down white civic guy...
