Talking Things that "psychologically" raise your torque.

    in the cheap category:

    1) brand name stickers
    2) Heavy Metal/Hard Rock music playing out loud
    3) black tinted windows
    4) 205/R17 or larger tires
    5) Cute babe in the front seat beside you
    6) wearing dark sunglasses

    did I forget something? ;-)

p.s.: for some, point #5 might be more expensive than a sport muffler though ;-)

Shall we put that to rest until I show you the fuel economy data please? Do some research and get back to me. Did you read this report?

    http://www.mghmarketing.co.uk/produc...ren_spring.pdf

I know this is a commercial site but the report was independant.

*and this is from a guy who puts a poor obese young boy as his signature who mistakingly returned the wrong cassette to his video store...hmmm* :-)

interesting read... although it doesn't really go into the theory of WHY they are observing increases in power... is this some sort of product that somebody is trying to bring into the market?

Its been around forever....Summit sold a small magnetinc thing that went around your fuel line years ago for like $10.

I would be more then happy to independantly dyno test it for anyone interested.

Simple deal....if we see an increase in power, you pay nothing, if you gain no power, you pay double
