I'm thinking of trading in my Car in for another car with lower insurance rates and also fun to drive.

My car is worth about 11,700USD if i trade it in and about 15,000 to buy.

what would be a good vehicle to trade in for?
i just got it about 3 months ago...and insurance is killing me since i dont make a lot of money anyways.

i thought of a jetta but the reviews i've read said it was a bad car for matainence and crap.the reason i choose jetta was because it was on one of the top 10 cars that has the lowest insurance rates in the states in general.

Help?

nothing wrong with jettas my family has owened dub's all their lives my pops has a 99 jetta with 115k and its good with and with any newer vw you will have to do the timing belt, just some advice
