I agree with Graham on this one. There is nothing to suggest this is racially motivated. But then - that DOES always seem to be the first assumption when a person of any colour gets stopped for anything.
I'm white as white can be, and I used to get stopped all the time when I was younger. Sometimes for NO reason at all... just a "routine check" I was told.

Are you sure the $177 ticket wasn't for being Asian? I can't imagine how much cash the CPS is raking in by pulling over any non-caucasian drivers and slapping them with tickets.
