    Default grounds

certainly would not harm anything to make better grounds, of course making good grounds for the engine helps things out, my buddies rsx took really well to a good set of grounds, I made 2 new grounding straps for his engine and we picked up almost half a volt on charging for the battery because of it.

Its a grounding issue 99% sure, check all the grounds, take em off, clean it up(possibly even grind or sand down the metal so its clean and bare, and tighten them back up, should solve your problem.

if you are cleaning off the grounding areas its a good idea to spray some clear coat paint on it afterward to prevent any further corrosion.

They still go through the intake, compression, power, and exhaust, just not in the same way that a piston engine does.

I'm sure alot of us already knew this.... to state that is obvious information. The intake and exhaust open and close are determined by the rotor position not a valve as you previously said.......

Have you checked your grounding? Just take woltage drops across yoru ground wires...... shouldn't exceed about 0.4v.

No, no its not. Spray it with a protectant made for battery terminals if anything. The point of BARE metal is to allow electricity to flow. Painting over it will act like an insulator.

Ok dude not to knock you down but you are missing the fact that the paint coats "around" the connector not between the contacts, unless you soak the hell out of it, and if you do that then you obviously know squat about electrical. Now using contact grease or contact protectant will work but the average joe can accomplish the same thing by coating it with some clearcoat, it still seals off the contact which prevents corrosion. I am a heavy equipment tech who does a lot of electrical and I know for a fact that this works well. Note what I said "Afterward" as in after you have bolted the ground onto the body.
