Looking for someone to do Business Plan

I was wondering someone could recommend an organization or an indvidual that could help me with my business plan.

they can do it as part of a project, get marks and you get the plan at a discounted or free rate.

I would suggest business plan pro. Does everything the bank will be looking for. I have wrote 3 now with it and haven't been turned down for one.
