I bought my rims/tires that way and only ended up paying gst. I believe it all depends on what you're bringing into the country.

But if your fee's for shipping don't exceed 50 dollars there isnt a point in going to montana. Gas costed me about 80 dollars round trip.

More like a whole day...the driving is the quick part its the border that kills your time.
I think we left around 11 in the morning and we didnt get back home until 9. It was worth it but only if you have large items or lots of items to pick up.
