Plans for that have been scrapped (I'm assuming you're talking about missing center of rear wing?) We're getting 50% DF reductions for 2009.

Thats a an ugly looking F1 car.
Anyways, when MS tested the Ferrari F1 last year, he tested it with 2009 level of downforce and yet still on the top 3 or top 5 of F1 drivers who's testing their F1 cars with 2008 level of downforce.
It's either MS is really good or the 2009 level of downforce doesn't really make much of a difference. Can be both though.
