My suv got hit. Its a 05 Silver Grand Vitara.
The entire side has basically been wrecked.

What is the proper procedure to claim this?

    -Thanks

If she has collision coverage insurance will cover a hit and run. If she only has comprehensive, then I'm afraid she's out of luck.

File a police report, get a case number and call your insurance company, they will guide you through the rest.
