Rental property for rent

My brother has a single house in macewan that is available for rent now. Its A 1300 sq/ft bi level type house with 3 bedrooms up, 2 down and 2 bathrooms.The basement will be fully finished but wont have a bathroom. Has a fenced backyard and will have all appliances. The only thing is there is a garage but it will not be part of the lease. He's looking to get $1400.00 per month with no utilities included. I will have pics asap. The house itself has hardwood through out excpet for the kitchen, washrooms and front entrance which are tile. Overall condition is really good but it's always been a rental so it's not super modern.

Thanks for that site.
I was on there checking out what places were going for and came across this lady looking for a place with 2 or 3 bedrooms and a yard and was willing to pay $800.00 a month.
I doubt you can even get a bachelor suite for that price.
