I wouldn't call the SE/NE undesirable. Especially the the parts of the SE that are South of Glenmore.

Personally, I can't stand Mckenzie Towne. I think the original concept was good, but was ruined when the boom hit and they started slapping up cheap cookie cutters like Prestwick etc. The demographs aren't the types I want to live around (starters with small children).

That being said, I do love Mountain Park and DouglasDale Estates, especially the houses on the ridge looking over Fish Creek Park Hardly "undesirable" and are some of the nicest houses in the city.

I have lived in riverbend my entire life and just bought another. I don't notice the airplanes at all plus your house must be pretty shittily built if things rattle from an airplane. With that said I love location right on glenmore close to deerfoot and 52nd the ability to go anywhere in the city and if there is an accident somewhere plenty of ways to avoid it. Great community

The only time I ever notice a plane would be if i'm out side doing nothing or if it is a military plane which everyone can hear. Inside house I hear nothing maybe I have just blocked them out
