Spikey hair, dress pants, white shoes, D&G/Versace/Armani shirt and you should be good to go

Seriously though, if you want a club that doesn't resemble a lower-end Calgary club and want something with a more local vibe, check out Hoodoo. Rose & Crown has good food, and Wild Bills is fun too.

We always go to Tommy's Neighborhood Pub (beside Mcdonalds) for drinks before heading to the clubs. Wicked atmosphere and food (darts too!), and the owner is a good guy

There is basically no dress code. You can be in skate shoes with jeans and a t-shirt.
you have aurora and hoodoo covered, there really isn't anywhere else to go. Wild Bill's maybe, but that's more pub than club.

There's no dress code, in fact, if you dress up like some chauch from the city you'll be the minority. Mostly "skate-type" and casual apparel. Anything goes. Aurora has a main area and a side area with a door that has different beats playing (generally house/hiphop) and a "lounge" feel.

Hoodoo is the same code, but smaller.

Prices are about the same, maybe slightly less than at a bar in Calgary or Edmonton.

Good police presence in the bars, no need to worry about fights and shit, I've never seen one. Cops are both plain clothed and uniformed. Pretty easy going but if you're into pharmaceutical enhancement, they are wise to the usual schemes so to speak.

Girls are easy but yeah, always gotta check the quality of the turf before stepping out onto the field.

Be prepared for a lot of Brits and Aussies. Winter season is ending, so a lot of parties and shit going on before they get back to where they hail from.

    Interesting Tidbit:

Recent news also puts Whistler as the new STI capital of Canada, and Regina as the Chlamydia capital.

Tommy's is awesome...rose and crown if I remember was a huge sausage hangout...wild bills is great too. No dress code per say...use common sense and leave your swastika logo'd shirt back at home.

My experience was that Hoodoo was hella chill and Aurora was a grease fest. If you like sleazy people hit Aurora, if you like cool folks then goto Hoodoo.

R&C and Wild Bills are still the best places Never been to Tommys.
