I know those "german car specialists" say they do VW as well. Just wondered if anyone had a reccomendation specific to VW that might be able to get me in within a couple of days.

I use Midtown. Great shop to deal with.

Thanks. Once I've found a car I'd like to inspect, I will start calling around to these places. I suspect that the one with the first opening will be who I choose.

You realize you are talking to the guy who made his own furniture out of salad bowls right?

I've primarily used TuneDub but used Calgary Auto Works too and have to say that they are really good too. You can do ECS orders through them so you don't get killed on shipping too.

    TuneDub
    Concept 1
Mike's Auto Haus (Did the one in Marda Loop move?)

Those are the best 3 for VW's right there.

Try Stevo Auto Clinic (marda loop). They have always been good to me and primarily deal with euro. There are always VW's around.

Mikes auto (also in marda loop) is still around but no experience there.

Mikes Auto in Marada Loop is great with old VWs. Good service and very reasonable prices.

    Thread Bump!

Just recently moved back to YYC and booked my VW in for Airdrie Auto Haus based on these reviews. Is this still the place and/or Tubedub?

Good luck getting into Tunedub, they are very busy but they are good. You could also try Dr.Dub

Tunedub and Calgary Auto Works are the two I always trusted with my vw/audis.

TuneDub is still king for me but man, scheduling time is hard for George and team.

Yeah, took me about 3 weeks to get in at tunedub for my first non dealer service but smooth otherwise and happy with the service.
