we don't have prices as of yet, each vehicle would be different. but if we can have 10 commited people (or more), the shop that will do it will be more inclinded to give say a 10% off deal ore more.

Pretty hard to commit without chance of withdrawal if the price ends up being too high. 10% off a high price is still a high price and may still not be competitive with others in the industry.
I've always looked into a salvaged windshield from a place called "Moore's". I needed a windshield for a PT Cruiser and they happened to have one. Cost was $100.00 installed. They only salvage units that are in very good shape. No cracks, no chips, no stars.
I needed one for my S2000 a couple of years ago. They had no salvaged ones at the time. I ended up paying $444.00 installed for a brand new one. If this group buy is for that or less, do it.Originally posted by whitexboi69
