There's a 20 month clause for???

My point is...without knowing wtf actually happened and only going by the advertised proposal. $10 of the investment was equity. You take the risk - fine - yous da bitch. The other $10,000 was a 5 year bond that matured a long time ago. Not paying that out means that they have defaulted on debt. This has nothing to do with the development of the property unless there's some sort of cuckold clause in there where they get to take your husband for a spin behind cowboys during stampede while you pay the drinks tab.

Our builders had a slow go of 2020 but they continue to persevere. Rising building costs, coupled with the pandemic, have driven prices up and people away (not a winning combination for a successful season) but we continue to do everything we can to manage costs and keep the project viable which, in 2020, was a monumental undertaking.

Due to the recently mandated 'work from home' orders that were handed down from the province, our office is closed, and will remain closed until january 31, 2021. We will continue to work from home on reduced hours handling only necessary builder issues and required governmental reporting, meaning our accounting functions such as year ends and the cra required tasks.

We are very aware of your frustration level and realize you have questions. We have those same questions ourselves - we, too, are investors. (#1 - "it's been so long, when am i going to see my money?") the fact is that, right now, in this time of uncertainty, we do not have a hard, fast, specific date or answer that would satisfy you. I think the lockdowns in AB are until mid Jan. NOT Jan 31 but if you have nothing to show, might as well blame covid. Probably next email update is that no one has gotten the vaccine yet so no progress.

Then blame everyone leaving province later on in the year. Say, July 2021 when some stats start rolling in.

Medical staff have started to receive them. Oddly only doctors that I know. One couple I know is unique: one is a nurse and they didn't get it but the doctor did lol. Their life isn't as valuable I guess!
