That's a whole lot of typing about "solutions" and "resolving the issue" but what it all boils down to is giving Tom the $400 you owe him.

My guess is that you aren't going to man up though, and instead of just meeting him with cash in hand, you'll just tiptoe around the issue some more with talk about "dealing with it professionally" blah blah blah.

I wasnt going to post in this at all, but after reading everything a few times and being a fellow installer, here is what i see:


Yes starter season is busy, that is the only valid excuse ive seen out of black_radiation. (although since the work was done on his personal vehicle, he should have been able to do the install on his personal time, not rely on company time.)

that still doesnt explain why it took 1 1/2 years to get back to Tom, starter season doesnt last that long.


I have seen and fixed many installs that have come out of FS Deerfoot meadows, both by you (black_radiation) and other installers that have worked there as well as ive fixed many installs from other installers all over the city, and im sure they have fixed some of mine over the years. You say you take pride and care in your installs.... your commision, the faster you do something the more you can do in a day which = more money.

Im sure there have been many, many, many cars you have slammed through just to get the paycheque.


The only course of action that should be taken now, is to give tom his 400$ which = beyond party.
