So i'm trying to plan a fun team building outing for my dept which has 20 people in it. We've already done the bowling, laser tag thing. Need to come up with new ideas as the above are played out. Any input would be much appreciated thanks.

Our team did that one once... I was one of the few that made it to work the next day, albeit a bit late and hungover. I threw up on the sidewalk on my way to the C-train station. I was with my wife and just said "You walk on ahead, I'm going to throw up here."Originally posted by LilDrunkenSmurf

I also like the strip club idea but i don't think upper management would
Another good idea i got was for a scavenger hunt at the Calgary Zoo but its a little pricey
Karting kicks ass. Personally, I like something fun, but where I don't have to talk to these people for an extended period.
Besides, with these guys, it all ends with me putting them into the wall.

I think their main complaint is that they did not receive the stolen property they paid for.
A decent one I went on was to stampede park to have a dinner and bet on some horse races.
Probably depends on the average age of your group.
What about dinner and a poker tournament?

We went to the gun range...it was actually pretty fun. Except for a hot shell landing on my lip. We got to try out 9mm up to a shot gun. A few co-workers got competitive (of course) and tried to get closest to the target...winner bought dinner for everyone. Not much of a prize except he could expense it.
We also did wall climbing which was a good way to build comradery. Battling the wall versus each other.
We'll be doing karaoke next week. EVERYONE must sing...
MANDATORY FUN!!!
My wife did kind of like an amazing race thing throughout the city. She said it was really fun.
She said it was put on by a company that put it all together and provided all the supplies.
