LF: General Contractor
I'm looking for a dependable handyman that is mostly handy with plumbing (replacing faucets, sinks, toilets, etc...) and is able to fix up stuff like drywall. Hell I don't even care if you are licensed or not, as long as you can do a good job and give me a cash receipt for your work. I need someone right now to replace a toilet and replace some drywall behind it because it was damaged from a leak from the toilet.
For the Trolls: Yes I've called around and everyone is too busy to fit me in, and Yes I can do it myself, but why when I can write it off because this is for my rental properties.
