For the amount of work that has gone into this truck I believe the price is more then fair.. if not even a bit low.

fenders cut out? what kind of bag kit is it?

they are firestone bags, fenders are rolled back, and u can put the front bumper about an inch off the ground, tuckin about 3- 3 1/2 inches of the 22's. on the rear u can tuck about an inch and a half of the rim.top of the doors are about neck height on me when it is all the way down and im about 6 feet tall.

I honestly don't know how you can think that 13,000 is fairly steep for this. ya a stock 98 silverado will cost u about 10,000 in good condition, but with that said i don't think this truck is very stock at all.

keep in mind that alot of the time whatever money you put into a vehicle you'll never get back

keep this in mind, if u have nothing to help me sell my truck don't post. also I would be the first person to understand that you dont get what u put into it. bags and paint were almost 12 grand as it is. not including interior upgrades, stereo,rims.......all cosmetic accessories, then you put the truck on top ur looking well into the 30,000+ range, i believe that this is a fair price and if u don't..........i really don't care.

bag install as done by previous owner, was done in edm. 2 link in the rear i beleive...don't quote me..bags are one thing i know little about.
