i am lowered on gc and have an aem cai but that is it. I was thinking of the nismo front lip but the rest of the kit isnt available yet. The Nismo header also looks interesting but i would only go for the non cat header and there goes the warranty. Any suggestions for some speed and style would be appreciated if i cant find anything the car is gonna be gone and a nice bike will appear. thnx

motor mounts are a definate must, incase you havent noticed you get massive wheel hop when launching above 2500rpm =)

Stromung exhaust (with resonator) will be good and the muffler looks stock - wont be harassed by police for your exhaust tip being too big, SW autoworks or UR pully, nismo or hotshot header (get w/o cat - it does NOT void your engine warranty, just if the part causes something to fail such as the O2 sensor on the header then they won't warranty that part). You can also relocating the knock sensor, stock location is too sensitive and will retard timing all the time.

nismo cams, balance shaft removal are good but a whole lot of things will not be covered under warranty by that. If you are ever unsure about warranty, ask the dealership if doing it will void warranty.

You can always check spec v forums (www.thevboard.com)

what mount the motor to the chassis...it dosn't just hover in the engine bay on some sort of odd electro magnetic hover system...

Stiff motor mounts over stock rubber/oilcharged ones creates better ability to put power to the ground instead of losing it in the squashing of the mount...instead of the mount allowing the large amount of upward movement (Better ride comfort/less road noise) it is very stiff (Louder more aggressive ride, more rigid feeiling. generally poly eurethane, I've seen Billit Aluminum) resisting the upward push of the drive wheels and thus better force applied to the front wheels and more efficient transfer of energy to the wheels. I wish I had a vid of my car on a launch, its so smooth, no wheel hop whatsoever. Just go!

Dealerships will tell you almost anything to keep you coming back. They are not the best people to ask about warranty. E-mail Nissan Canada for the best Answer's without the bullsh!t.

The one thing that stood out to me about the Spec was that it looked way too high off the ground. A good lowering kit would look nice IMO

the stillen header comes with the b pipe as well, and stadium nissan will honor warranty if it is installed by them. as well, there is an undrive pulley available for the spec made by unorthadox racing. Greddy also makes a cat back.
