Really sketchy car sale

So i call this guy asking to come look at his car he has for sale so we arrange to meet up i call the guy saying im 2 mins away hes just high as **** on something, hes like k man u got the money how much u paying me,? im like im just looking at it first then i need to get it inspected before i pay you! hes like so u got money thow im like no my dads paying for it hes like o so this is a waste of time im like no i wanna see it before i buy it lol then i hung up.

I've had a similar experience, the guy on the phone was very pushy and seemed to expect us to come and just pay for it without looking. It just turned out to be some guy who tried to flip cars or something like that. He even tried to convince us to look at his "other" cars a few blocks away. Car turned out to be a POS anyways and we left after that.
